• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Misuse or abuse of the app may result in permanent account suspension.

3. Booking & Payments

All ride fares are displayed upfront before you confirm a booking. Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and demand.

• Payment is processed securely through our integrated payment providers.
• Receipts are sent to your registered email after each completed trip.
• Way Ride is not responsible for payment disputes arising from third-party card issues.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking free of charge within a specified window after confirmation. Cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may affect your account standing.

5. Driver Standards

All Way Ride drivers undergo thorough background checks and vehicle inspections before being approved on the platform. However, Way Ride acts as a technology platform connecting riders with independent driver partners.

We are not liable for the actions or negligence of individual drivers beyond what is required under UK law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Way Ride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including delays, loss of property, or personal injury not caused by our direct negligence.

7. Changes to These Terms

Way Ride reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
